About
About Isaiah Moore
I'm Isaiah Moore, a Child and Family Services Provider and the founder of Moore Pathways LLC. Since 2022 I have provided contracted home-based casework, mentoring, tutoring, and supervised visitation to families across the Indianapolis area, delivering more than 4,300 hours of direct service and facilitating over 100 supervised visitations and mentoring sessions. I work in close coordination with state agencies, including the Indiana Department of Child Services, to support child safety, well-being, and family stability.
My approach is grounded in a background in psychology and theatre (B.A., Butler University), including multi-year research on a Theory of Mind measurement tool. That blend shapes how I work: rigorous about documentation and compliance, and deeply attentive to the human dynamics inside every home and every visit. I hold current certifications in CPR, AED, First Aid, and Adult Mental Health First Aid, and I am a conversational ASL user.
Beyond direct service, I work on the standards and tools the field needs. That includes ANCHOR, a research project developing a rating methodology for supervised visitation, and purpose-built software like the Visit Room Scheduler.
Why this work
Families deserve support that is both careful and humane. A child's safety and well-being depend on the quality of what happens in the room, and on how faithfully it is observed, documented, and acted on. I built Moore Pathways to deliver that kind of support directly, and to raise the standard of how this work is done across the field.
